Updates
Every app updates itself
All our apps get new versions from Domesis, our own service for releasing versions. There's nothing to visit or download: your app sees by itself that there's a new version, and you install it with one click under Settings → Updates, when it suits you.
Signed
Every version is signed by the makers. Before installing, your app checks that every file is exactly as released; a changed version is refused.
A backup first
Before every update the app makes a database backup. Your settings and uploaded files stay as they are.
News too
Important news from the makers shows on your dashboard, signed as well. The app only sends its version, address and an id of its own, nothing about your users or data.
Free and paid apps
Free apps, such as ClearFlow, Doxeo and LeanTrack, update themselves without a key. Paid apps, such as Merxo and Paideo, use an update key from your account: it lets your app fetch the versions you bought. A licence works on one installation at a time. Moving to another server? Release the key and enter it on the new one, as often as you like.
Backups
Every night the app backs up its database, and every week its files (media, documents). Download one now and then to keep a copy somewhere else.
Modules
Add-ons such as Logerio, Pauze and Kyreo are installed under Settings → Modules. A new version shows just like an app update: in the menu and on the dashboard.

Support per installation: €499 a year, bought from within the app (Support). Your questions go straight to the makers.
