Who we are

clearflowcms.nl is run by Tijn Snijders in the Netherlands. For anything about your data, email info@clearflowcms.nl.

Visiting this website

Like every web server, ours logs each visit: your IP address, the page, the time and what your browser says it is. We use those logs only to keep the site safe and to solve problems, and delete them after 14 days. We use no statistics services and no advertising cookies.

Cookies

The site only keeps what it needs to work: a session cookie (while your browser is open, among other things for the contact form), clearflow_locale (the language you chose) and clearflow_wall (while the site is being built: that you already entered the password). They're not used to follow you.

The contact form

When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, subject (if you fill it in) and message, together with your IP address, which we only use against spam. We use your message only to answer you; it never goes on a mailing list. We delete messages after 2 years at the latest, or sooner if you ask.

Downloading

You download ClearFlow in our own shop at erp.clearflowcms.nl, which runs on Merxo, our own sales software. For that we keep your name and email address, and which versions you downloaded. If you tick that you want news, we email you now and then; you can unsubscribe in every email.

What ClearFlow tells us

To offer new versions and news, your ClearFlow asks our update service now and then what's new. It only sends its version, its web address and an id of its own, never anything about your visitors, users or content.

Your rights

You may ask us which data we have about you, to correct it or to erase it (except what the law makes us keep). Email info@clearflowcms.nl. If you disagree with us, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
