ClearFlow is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3).

In plain words: anyone may download, use, study and change ClearFlow, also for commercial work, on as many websites as they like. If you give a (changed) version to others, it has to stay under the GPLv3 too, with the source code: ClearFlow can't be turned into closed software.
