LeanTrack is a small ticket tracker for your own server: projects, groups, tickets and sub-tickets, in plain words. Every ticket has a status, a priority, one person it's assigned to, tags, attachments and comments, and nothing ever gets lost. With description templates, client details per project when you need them, printing, sending attachments by email and search. It installs with a browser installer and updates itself from within the app.
