What works with what
ClearFlow is your website; the other apps each do their own job and put it on your pages. They each run on your own server, side by side, and talk to each other through a connection.
ClearFlow + Merxo
A Merxo order form or sales page as a block on your page. Orders, payments and invoices go through Merxo.
ClearFlow + Paideo
A list of courses as a block, with a link to each course. Selling goes through Paideo itself or through Merxo.
ClearFlow + Doxeo
A poll or questionnaire as a block, embedded so visitors stay on your own page.
Doxeo + Merxo
Respondents who agreed come into Merxo as leads, for your mailings.
Merxo + Logerio
Logerio installs into Merxo and books what Merxo sells.
All apps + LeanTrack, Pauze and Kyreo
From every app you make and follow tickets in your own LeanTrack. Pauze (games) and Kyreo (signing) install into every app under Settings → Modules.
How you connect
In the app that gives the data (Merxo, for example), you make a key under Settings → API keys that may only do what's needed, for example "read order forms". In ClearFlow you enter it under Settings → Connections; ClearFlow tests straight away what the key may do. Then you choose in the blocks what to show. You can revoke a key whenever you like.
