Appointments booked on your own website
Synteo lets visitors of your website book an appointment in a free time slot. You add your times per date, each slot with its own length and price; the Booking calendar block puts them on a page. A visitor picks a time, fills in their name and email and pays when you ask for it: the full price, a part, or nothing online. You both get the appointment by email for your calendars, the visitor a reminder the day before. A visitor asks to cancel with the link in their email; you decide, also about a refund. With a calendar feed your appointments show in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar. Everything stays on your own server.
Who it's for
For everyone who works by appointment: a therapist, a coach, a hairdresser, a tutor, a practice with several people. Each person has their own calendar and logs in with a link by email, no password; payments into one account for all, or each person their own.
Works with
ClearFlow CMS: installed under Settings → Modules. Paying online with Stripe, Mollie, PayPal or MultiSafepay, under Settings → Payments.
Price and status
Available · free. When visitors pay online, your payment provider charges its usual fee per payment.
