Hostward
A simple, open server panel
Hostward is a free, open server panel for your own server. Each website gets its own user, its own PHP version and a Let's Encrypt certificate. Plus MariaDB databases with phpMyAdmin, email with webmail, a spam filter and DKIM, DNS records at OVH, a firewall, backups and a VPN.
You install it with one script on a fresh Debian or Ubuntu server, and it updates itself from the panel.
Who it's for
For anyone with their own server (a VPS, for example) who wants to manage websites and email on it without an expensive panel like Plesk or cPanel.
Works with
ClearFlow and our other apps run on it as ordinary websites. Hostward sets the DNS records at OVH itself. Backups go to another server, S3 storage or your own computer.

Available. Free and open source (GPLv3), for Debian 13 and Ubuntu 24.04 and 26.04.
